The Self-Standing Weighted Pole is a great tool to help you keep your balance during Lunging exercises. If you have trouble balancing on one leg, we highly recommend this accessory.
The poles are hand cut/made, the length of the poles may vary. The pole is (more or less) approximately 57" in Length.
The pole weights approx 10 LBS and can also be used to do upper body exercises such as a Biceps Curl.
