WHAT IS DOSED PRE-WORKOUT?
Dosed is a pre-workout powder! Pre-workout when taken before a sweat sesh makes you feel like you are in hyper-drive during your workout. Expect increased energy and focus during your workout, as well as enhanced recovery post-workout.
WHAT IS IN DOSED PRE-WORKOUT?
L CITRULLINE: Technically an amino acid, and will get you to the pump FAST! L-Citrulline is directly connected to the nitric oxide system in your body. The biggest bonus for stimulating your nitric oxide system is vasodilation. This means your blood vessels will widen hence increased blood flow. More blood to your muscles means more energy during your workout!
CREATINE MONOHYDRATE: Creatine is a naturally produced compound that helps your muscles hold onto water. When creatine is released during your workout it helps your muscles produce more energy and force. When you workout your creatine stores naturally become depleted, hence why we’ve got extra for you in DOSED.
VITAMIN B6 + B12: AKA ENERGY VITAMINS. Vitamin B12 assists with the synthesis of amino acids in the body. Vitamin B6 helps to moderate your blood sugar for even energy during your workout.
NIACIN: The best kept secret in the supplement world. Like citrulline, this Niacin will get your blood pumping and enhance blood flow during your workout. If you feel tingly after taking DOSED, it’s the niacin:)
CAFFEINE: A KICK IN THE PANTS. The caffeine in this DOSED Pre-workout is going to give you an energy boost like a cup of coffee would, but in a much more concentrated form. A standard serving of DOSED contains 200mg of caffeine which is equivalent to a 16oz cup of coffee.

If you’re new to pre-workout or sensitive to caffeine, start with ¼ or ½ scoop! If you’re no stranger to pre-workout the recommended serving is a heaping scoop.
HOW DO YOU TAKE DOSED PRE-WORKOUT?
Choose your scoop size, and mix it with 6-8oz of water!
WHEN SHOULD YOU TAKE DOSED PRE-WORKOUT?
It kicks in differently for everyone! Anywhere between 15-40 minutes before your workout!
